Experience you need to be successful in this position:
- SQL Server 2008 experience is mandatory (solid experience writing specific stored procedures, functions)
- Experience with VB and Classic ASP based applications
- Awareness of COM implementations to understand existing implementations
- Experience working with third party controls (examples may be requested)
- Experience using design patterns and its applicability for design solutions
- Microsoft enterprise libraries experience
- Exposure on the DB end, handling performance issues and optimizing queries
- Experience with implementation and use of indexes and applicability
- Exposure to web services, with involved in creating web services for implementations
The following experience is a plus:
- Experience working with or awareness in the advertising domain
- Experience working with WCF, Silverlight etc.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with our offshore teams
- Work with our tech team in suggesting solutions and coordinating implementations
- .NET architecture development
- Develop new appliance projects
- Maintain existing applications
